M.Y. Timber Co., Ltd (hereafter as M.Y. Timber) is a foreign-invested joint venture company with the approval of China's Ministry of Commerce in total of RMB134 millions registered equity capital. The M.Y. Timber business ranges from the production and sales of container's plywood flooring, engineered decorative wood and other relative auxiliary materials, to the timber wholesales, as well as import and export business.
